Privacy Policy — SportRecorder

This Privacy Policy describes how the SportRecorder mobile application ("the App", "we", "us") handles your information. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Information the App handles

The App lets you record fasting/eating activity. It handles the following data that you create:

Eating records — the date and time of each eat event.
Photos — pictures you choose to take and attach to an eat record (stored as compressed images).
Location (GPS) — if you grant location permission, the approximate coordinates at the moment you create an eat record, attached to that record.
Fasting & reminder settings — your selected fasting/eating schedule, and your reminder preferences (lead time, quiet hours, and which reminders are enabled).

2. How the App uses this data

The data is used solely to provide the App's features to you — showing your fasting timer and history, listing your eating records, and displaying the photos and location you attached.

3. Where data is stored — local only

All data stays on your device. Eating records, settings and location coordinates are stored in a local database on the device, and photos are stored in the App's private folder on the device. The App does not send this data to us, and does not share it with any third party. We do not operate any server that receives your data, and the App contains no advertising or analytics tracking.

4. Permissions

Location (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION) — used only to tag an eat record with where it was created. It is optional; if you deny it, the record is still saved without a location.
Camera — when you choose "Add photo", the App opens your device's camera so you can take a picture for the record.
Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS, Android 13+) — used to show the fasting reminders you turn on. It is optional; if you deny it, the App simply shows no reminders.
Exact alarms (SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM, Android 12+) — used to deliver your reminders at the scheduled time.
Run after restart (RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED) — used to restore your scheduled reminders after the device reboots.

Reminders are generated and scheduled entirely on your device from records and settings you have already entered. Enabling them sends no data off the device.

5. Data retention

Because all data is stored only on your device, it is retained for as long as you keep it — that is, until you delete it within the App, or until you uninstall the App. We do not retain copies of your data, because we never receive it.

6. How to delete your data

You are in full control of your data and can delete it at any time:

Delete a single record: on the Record screen, long-press an eating record and confirm. This permanently deletes that record together with its attached photos and location.
Delete everything: uninstall the App, or clear the App's storage from your device Settings (Settings → Apps → SportRecorder → Storage → Clear data). This permanently removes all records, photos, location data and settings from your device.

7. Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.

本隱私權政策說明 SportRecorder 行動應用程式(以下稱「本應用程式」「我們」) 如何處理您的資料。使用本應用程式即表示您同意本政策。

1. 本應用程式處理的資料

本應用程式供您記錄斷食/進食情況,會處理以下由您建立的資料:

進食紀錄 — 每次進食的日期與時間。
照片 — 您選擇拍攝並附加到進食紀錄的相片(以壓縮後的影像儲存)。
位置(GPS) — 若您授予定位權限,則在您建立進食紀錄當下的概略座標,並附加於該筆紀錄。
斷食與提醒設定 — 您選擇的斷食/進食時間方案,以及您的提醒偏好設定(提前時間、勿擾時段,以及各項提醒的開關)。

2. 資料的用途

這些資料僅用於提供本應用程式的功能 — 顯示您的斷食計時與歷史、列出進食紀錄,以及顯示您附加的照片與位置。

3. 資料儲存位置 — 僅限本機

所有資料都只保存在您的裝置上。進食紀錄、設定與位置座標儲存在裝置的本機資料庫, 照片則儲存在裝置上本應用程式的專屬資料夾。本應用程式不會將這些資料傳送給我們, 也不會分享給任何第三方。我們沒有任何接收您資料的伺服器,本應用程式也不含任何廣告或分析追蹤。

4. 權限

位置(ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION)— 僅用於為進食紀錄標記建立地點。此權限為選用;若您拒絕,紀錄仍會在沒有位置的情況下儲存。
相機 — 當您點選「新增照片」時,本應用程式會開啟裝置相機讓您為紀錄拍照。
通知(POST_NOTIFICATIONS,Android 13 以上)— 用於顯示您開啟的斷食提醒。此權限為選用;若您拒絕,本應用程式將不會顯示提醒。
精準鬧鐘(SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM,Android 12 以上)— 用於在預定時間準時送出您的提醒。
開機後執行(RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED)— 用於在裝置重新開機後,重新排定您的提醒。

提醒完全由您裝置上既有的紀錄與設定在本機產生與排程,開啟提醒不會將任何資料傳送至裝置以外。

5. 資料保留期間

由於所有資料僅儲存在您的裝置上,資料會保留至您不再保留為止 — 也就是 直到您在應用程式內刪除,或解除安裝本應用程式為止。我們不會保留您資料的任何副本, 因為我們從未取得這些資料。

6. 如何刪除您的資料

您可完全掌控自己的資料,並隨時刪除:

刪除單筆紀錄:在「Record(紀錄)」畫面長按某筆進食紀錄並確認, 即會永久刪除該筆紀錄及其附加的照片與位置。
刪除全部:解除安裝本應用程式,或在裝置設定中清除本應用程式的儲存空間 (設定 → 應用程式 → SportRecorder → 儲存空間 → 清除資料),即會永久移除裝置上的所有紀錄、照片、位置資料與設定。

7. 兒童隱私

本應用程式並非以未滿 13 歲兒童為對象,也不會在知情的情況下蒐集其資料。

8. 政策變更

我們可能不時更新本政策,上方「最後更新日期」即代表最新版本。重大變更會反映於本頁面。
